We are working with these partner organizations to create risk-related content for their membership and to present on risk management areas at their conferences to build the URMIA brand and highlight the roles all of us play related to an institution’s risk
URMIA’s Contribution URMIA has coordinated/co-coordinated two of the sessions during “Well-being in Higher Education: Raising Literacy and Advancing the Conversation” week. Watch the schedule particularly for URMIA’s sessions “Enhancing Student Well-being on Campus by Collaborating with Risk Management” (happening Feb. 27 at 3pm ET) and “Managing Anxiety and Stress in the Workplace" (happening Feb. 27 at Noon ET). Links to the full schedule and registration information will be sent out as soon as it is available. Well-being Week’s Goals After attending, participants should be able to: Articulate why well-being is critical to the mission of higher education Discuss how each campus position is inherently a part of well-being work Describe the aspects of well-being and differentiate between wellness and well-being Identify opportunities for collaboration to increase campus well-being Register and Encourage Others To Do the Same Registration details and a schedule of sessions will be available soon
risk assessment, conferences, etc. This year, there were more questions in the areas of membership, risk management reporting, and RFPs, seemingly directed at the operational areas of the risk management department, its placement in the organizational chart, where risk management reports, and how broker services are acquired

Now on the Be the Change Scholarship Committee, Strategic Goal 4 Committee, and hopefully the 2024 Annual Conference planning committee!
