Risky Business: A Week Focusing on Risk Management’s Contributions to Higher Education
Thank you for joining us on November 5-9, 2012, for URMIA's first ever week focused on the value of risk management in higher education! Risky Business: A Week Focusing on Risk Management’s Contributions to Higher Education
is designed to help our members share the value of campus risk
management and recognize the professionals who work to protect students,
faculty, staff, and the institutions they serve.
On behalf of over 1,850 URMIA members, who represent higher education risk management and insurance professionals from around the globe, I invite your campus to incorporate risk management week events on your campus in upcoming years and year-round.
Effective risk management in higher education helps protect people, operations, finances, and resources, allowing campuses to meet their academic, social, and economic goals. Campus risk management is everyone’s job, all year long. During Risky Business week, we encourage all on campus to learn more about what risk management does for them - and what they can do to better manage risks every day.
Stay tuned for URMIA's 2013 Risky Business week, and use the tools listed below to help communicate the value of risk management on your campus year-round!
